If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase made through our organization, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date. Each request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging when applicable
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
- The item must not be a non-refundable item as listed below
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refund:
- Incense, candles, and other consumable items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards or store credits
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

- Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, proof of purchase, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the refund request.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Items (if applicable): If items need to be returned, follow the instructions provided. Items can typically be returned in person at our location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund regardless of the 30-day window.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement, then contact your financial institution. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at office@buddhistmissioncenter.live.
